Following are the processes we follow before implementing our products -

Customer Need Assessment

Customers need and requirements are first assessed to get a clearer picture. During the assessment stage, the important facets of requirements are taken into onsideration. Whether to implement Solar, Wind or Hybrid energy at the site is to be decided in this process.

Site Survey and Study

Once the need of the customer is assessed, our engineers go to the site for a detailed survey of the available space, constraints if any. A thorough inspection of the space and convenience is taken into consideration while doing the survey.

Designing Solutions Architecture

After the site survey and study, our engineers draft the design that can be the best possible option for customers site. The well-drafted design structure is in terms with the best solution as per customers requirement.

Cost Calculations

After drafting the design structure, the related cost is calculated and is conveyed to the customer. The cost includes all the important components that are required for the installation process. A quotation of the components is presented to the customer, upon approval on which the next step is implemented.

Components

After finalizing the cost quotations with the customer the necessary components required for Solar and Wind energy generation are made available. Solar power meters, solar power converter, backup power, deep cycle batteries, hydraulics systems are few of the components that are used to build the system.

Civil Works

Building foundations, making reinforcements to the structure is followed up by the engineers. The site is thoroughly inspected and necessary changes are adopted by the civil works team. All the necessary basics are totalled out before installation and implementation.

Installation and Commissioning

The foundations laid by the civil works team leads to installation and commissioning of the system. The engineering team installs the systems onto the site and does the commissioning of the system. Commissioning helps in formalizing the quality control of installed systems. This process helps in understanding if the system is safe and performing at the expected rate.

Testing

A thorough testing of the systems is done to ensure that the systems are running at their optimum potential. During the test period, necessary changes are altered and made to the system incase if it is not able to perform as expected. Testing helps in understanding these systems better and whether or not any changes have to be made to utilise the resource at their full potential.

Maintenance of the System

The final stage of the process is maintenance. We provide lifetime service to the system from any damages. Continuous maintenance of the system helps in maximizing the potential of the systems and increase its lifespan.
